Response Time
We aim to respond to all messages within 2–3 business days. During peak periods it may take slightly longer. If you have not received a reply after 5 business days, please check your spam folder and resend if necessary.
We do not respond to unsolicited link insertion requests, paid placement offers that are not clearly labeled as advertising, or requests to alter editorial content for commercial purposes.
How We Handle Corrections
Accuracy matters to us. When a reader reports a significant error in our data — for example, accommodation costs that are substantially higher or lower than what we published — we investigate and update the relevant page promptly.
